Amiantofusus gen. nov. for Fusus amiantus Dall, 1889 (Gastropoda: Fasciolariidae)

The new genus Amiantofusus is described to accomodate the Atlantic species Fusus amiantus Dall, 1889. An Indo-West Pacific fauna of seven new species is added to the new genus.
